Project Details

To assist Audi with this requirement, I undertook a technology scouting initiative to identify potential companies providing solutions that align with Audi’s needs. Each company was benchmarked against various criteria and features to aid in better evaluation. The goal was to find AI-based tools capable of evaluating individual knowledge and creating personalized training assessments, thereby enhancing the efficiency of the training process.

Requirement

Audi required a solution in their Human Resources department to determine employees’ existing knowledge, particularly for those joining from outside the Volkswagen Group. The aim was to reduce the time and cost associated with training by recognizing and leveraging the prior skills of new hires, thus eliminating redundant training.
