In response to Bosch’s requirement, I conducted extensive research to develop a benchmark report that highlights innovative startups offering solutions for supply chain transparency, risk mitigation, and resilience. The report aimed to provide Bosch with a detailed overview of essential platforms for ethical sourcing and sustainable supply chain practices. This initiative supports Bosch’s commitment to operational excellence and corporate responsibility by ensuring compliance with global regulations and fostering a more transparent and resilient supply chain.
Requirement
Bosch needed to ensure comprehensive understanding and reporting of their supply chain beyond their tier-1 suppliers, particularly concerning issues like forced labor at deeper levels of the supply chain. This requirement was driven by increasing global regulations mandating transparency and compliance.
